Smart iD

Simply scan your Smart iD unique QR code that can be found on your luminaire and/or at the column base to automatically be transferred to the Smart iD portal, to quickly and easily generate a GRA (Goods Return Approval) request.

If your luminaire does not have a unique QR code sticker, then you can manually enter your GRA request using the portal link above.
