An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Junior Lighting Controls Commissioning Engineer to join a dynamic team. The Lighting Control Technician will preferably understand our controls portfolio and be able to collaborate with clients and project managers to deliver the project requirements and on-site commissioning of lighting control systems accordingly. This person will preferably have had hands-on work experience with different wired and wireless control systems in the lighting space, preferably with a luminaire manufacturer that produces LED-based products would be advantageous. The role demands a very good understanding of network principles and practices, both for wired and wireless systems. It is important to maintain good communication with our internal teams and have a deep understanding of the technologies used by our customers. Understanding of different dimmer topologies and architectures such as: DALI, 0-10V, ZigBee and BLE Mesh. You must be a team player and have a good attitude to tackle tasks head-on and be able to collaborate cross-functionally. Training can be given to the right quality of applicant.
